WHAT IS THE PUPPET PULPIT?
The Puppet Pulpit is an evangelism ministry from Livingston, Louisiana! We use ventriloquism skits, songs, and object lessons to teach audiences of all ages about the Bible! We believe in the power of using entertainment to evangelize, but our programs are always followed up by life lessons and altar calls. While we usually speak for kids, we can definitely present for youth groups, adults, elderly audiences, etc.! MICAH LECLERCQ
Hello! My name's Micah LeClercq, and I'm the face (and the many voices) of The Puppet Pulpit! I received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus's name in 2017, when I was 16 years old. Not a month after that, I felt the immense burden of kids ministry, and have devoted my life to being a ventriloquist-evangelist (or, y'know, an evantriloquist). I've also worked hard to make sure I have the qualifications to speak for your audience. I am a licensed minister under the United Pentecostal Church International, and have been since 2021. I have a B.S. in Communications Sciences and Disorders, so I have experience working with special needs populations. Additionally, I have a church counselor certification from Urshan College.
I've studied both comedy and child psychology for many years, and I came to the conclusion that children learn the most while having fun. That's why I started The Puppet Pulpit - to teach families about Jesus through laughter. The Puppet Pulpit is a ministry, so needless to say, I visit churches the most. I can do VBSes, Sunday school classes, kids revivals, summer camps, shows in the main sanctuary, fall harvest parties, whatever you need!

I also do a lot of shows for schools and libraries! While I cannot cover religious subjects at public schools, I also have lesson plans about bullying, peer pressure, loving others, etc. Contact me for a price!
